Early Years Government Funding

The Early Years Government Funding entitles two to four-year-olds to free nursery education

This can be taken in a variety of ways to meet your childcare needs.You can also book additional hours on top of your funded hours.

Full information can be found here, on the Northumberland County Council Website.

You can also check the Government website  to determine if you are eligible for funding for extra hours. If you are eligible, you will need to register there to be allocated a funding code. Brambles needs this code before any extra hours can be provided.

Other Help Towards Childcare Costs

There are many other ways in which you can receive help towards your childcare costs, including;

Tax Free Childcare (0 to 11-years or 16-years if the child is disabled),

Child Tax Credits (0 to 15-years or 16-years if the child is disabled) and

Universal Credit for Childcare (0 to 15-years).

We also accept Childcare Vouchers. Check to see if your employer offers this as you could be £300.00 better off for every £1000.00 of your salary you put towards the Voucher Scheme. For more information on any of the above please visit https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/.
